This full-day event is cosponsored by the Computer and Internet Law Section and will focus on current legal issues surrounding electronic and online communication, including user-generated content, unauthorized computer use by employees, information privacy, and electronic discovery. A special lunch presentation will be given by Richard Owens, Director of the Copyright E-Commerce Technology and Management Division of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
